Class Waiver & Guidlines
In consideration of payment and participation in any Tumble Time program, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby represent and agree to the following terms:
Parental Consent: I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named in this registration.
Acknowledgment of Policies: I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all current Tumble Time policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. I understand these may be updated at any time and that it is my responsibility to stay informed.
Health & Physical Condition: I confirm that my child is medically and physically able to participate in all Tumble Time activities. I agree to notify Tumble Time of any changes to their health or physical condition prior to class.
Emergency Authorization: In the event of an emergency, I authorize Tumble Time staff to contact emergency services and/or secure medical attention for my child if I cannot be reached.
Refund & Makeup Policy: I understand that Tumble Time does not issue refunds. Only credit will be given for missed classes. In the case of class cancellation due to inclement weather or medical emergency, a makeup class or credit will be offered.
Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that participation in gymnastics and physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, injury, or other unforeseen accidents. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for these risks on behalf of my child and myself.
Liability Waiver: I release and hold harmless Tumble Time, its owners, employees, coaches, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may arise directly or indirectly from participation in its programs, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Photo/Media: I understand that media such as photographs and/or videos of participants may be taken and used for Tumble Time promotional and social media use. My child’s name will not appear alongside any media type.
Ongoing Agreement: This waiver applies to all Tumble Time classes, events, and activities my child attends now and in the future unless revoked in writing.
Communication Consent: I give Tumble Time permission to contact me via text and/or email with class reminders, updates, and relevant program communications.
Privacy Policy: I understand that any personal information collected during registration will be used solely for communication, safety, and class purposes. Tumble Time does not share or sell personal information to third parties.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, New Jersey & New York
